Platform Terms of Use:

Dispute Resolution: 
  • Any dispute that may arise between the user and the service provider shall be resolved through arbitration.

Policy on Cancellation and refund:
  • We at telemedicine technologies strive to provide the best experience for users and offer exceptional medical consultations. To achieve this, we would like to clarify the cancellation policy for medical consultations to ensure transparency and satisfaction for all parties involved.
  • Cancellation of the appointment 24 hours in advance: The user can cancel the appointment 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time without incurring any fees. The full amount paid will be refunded to the same payment method used for the booking.
  • Cancellation of the appointment less than 24 hours in advance: If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged. The remaining amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded to the same payment method used for the booking.
  • Cancellation at the time of the appointment or later: In case of no-show and cancellation at the scheduled appointment time or later, no amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation by the doctor: If the doctor cancels the appointment for any reason, the user will be notified immediately. The user can choose to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation method: The user can cancel the appointment through the app by going to the "My Appointments" section and selecting the appointment to be canceled, then pressing "Cancel Appointment." After cancellation, a confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or text messages.
  • Refunds: The refund process may take 5 to 7 business days, depending on the bank's policy or the payment service provider.
  • Support and Assistance: If there are any inquiries or issues related to appointment cancellations, users can contact the support team via [WhatsApp number/email].
  • We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our cancellation policy, and we always aim to provide you with the best services and medical consultations.
The owner's right to terminate or suspend your account:
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including a violation of the terms of service.
  • When you close your account:
  • You will not be able to use the service.
  • We may retain some of your account information for legal or security reasons.
  • To deactivate your account:
  • Stop using the service.

Responsibilities

User Responsibilities: 
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the doctor.
  • The user is responsible for following the doctor's instructions.
  • The user is responsible for any damage that may result from their irresponsible use of the platform.
Platform Responsibilities:
  • The platform's operators are doing their utmost to provide high-quality telemedicine services.
  • The platform maintains the confidentiality of user data.
  • The platform is not responsible for any damage that may result from the irresponsible use of the platform.
  • The Telemedicine Technologies Company, or any of its directors, employees, or partners, shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, or any other intangible losses.
  • We reserve the right to manage and monitor all content on the platform, except for information in consultation sessions, and no third party is allowed access to it except in accordance with the regulations and legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, we reserve the right to delete, edit, or remove any user who posts content that conflicts with the platform's objectives, terms, and conditions.

  • You may encounter some errors in the pricing or description of services on our platform.
  • Some services may not be available at this time.
  • There may be some delays in updating information on the platform or in our announcements on other websites.
  • We affirm our commitment to:
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information as much as possible, including the prices of the services provided.
  • Reserving the right to change or update information and to correct errors or inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Privacy Policy 

One of the main objectives of the platform is to maintain the privacy of users. Accordingly, we are committed to not disclosing any personal information, whether it belongs to the consultant or the beneficiary, such as "name, address, email, etc." to any party, within the limits permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This information will only be accessed by the team supervising the platform.
